triMobil electric heating unit

Smart operating convenience

Intelligent operation with great convenience

The triMobil electric heating unit is equipped with an advanced control and regulating system which was specially developed for this application by trippe industrieelectronic gmbh.

A digital, multilingual display presents all important information and parameters, such as set and actual values, operating statuses (current output stage, system pressure, etc.) and error messages, if applicable. By means of a membrane keypad and practical, clear menu navigation, all functions can be controlled and all necessary heating parameters can be entered.

Easy operation through integrated programs

Integrated automatic demand recognition rapidly adapts the heating performance to the output actually required.

In addition, the use of this mobile electric heating unit on construction sites provides a field-proven, risk-free solution for heating and drying screed constructions when installing panel heating systems. Simplicity of operation is ensured by integrated programs.

Easy handling thanks to integrated programmes

The mobile electric heating unit provides automation programs for functional heating and screed curing at various set temperatures, as per DIN EN 1264-4. For this, the actual state is monitored. If there is an impermissible deviation from a defined characteristic curve, then the device issues an error message.

In order to document error-free performance, the device stores measurement logs as files in CSV format and as vector graphics in SVG format. These can be conveniently transferred to a storage medium (USB stick) via a USB interface.

Users can implement permanently stored heating programs or can themselves optionally create individualised temperature profiles, which greatly reduces the effort for continuous control of differing heating processes. In the event of short-term power cuts, the device saves the heating profile implemented thus far, and continues the heating program once the power supply has been restored.
